Pokémon GO Fest 2023: London will take place in Brockwell Park. The park’s address is Brockwell Park, London SE24 0NG.

There are two entrances to Brockwell Park: the north entrance and the east entrance. Upon arrival, please go directly to your assigned entrance. You will not be able to enter at any other entrances. After entering the park via your assigned entrance, you are free to explore all event areas.

Your entrance is in the confirmation email you received upon purchasing your event ticket and on your in-game ticket.

You can enter Brockwell Park via your registered entrance no earlier than 7:30 a.m. Please be aware that the in-game event will start exactly at 9:00 a.m.

There are several public transportation options available. Please be aware that your route may differ based on your assigned entrance. Check here to find the most convenient travel option for you.

The Park Experience is limited to just Brockwell Park, while the City Experience will occur throughout Greater London.

Yes, you can buy a same-day event ticket until 4:00 p.m. each day or until tickets for that day sell out. If a day has sold out, no additional tickets will be made available on that day.

No, all you have to do is arrive at Brockwell Park on your chosen day and time and enter via the entrance indicated on your ticket.

There are currently no Covid-19 guidelines in place in the UK. However, we still recommend that you practice good hygiene and allow additional space whenever possible. More information can be found on Public Health England.

There will be information and technical-support booths located within Brockwell Park where you can get answers to questions, receive registration help, learn about accessibility options, return found items, look for lost items, or learn more about Pokémon GO.

A private lactation area is available on site during Pokémon GO Fest 2023: London. Please visit the nearest Information Booth for the exact location.

Garbage collection and disposal is everyone’s responsibility. Any and all garbage you accumulate during this event must be properly disposed of in garbage receptacles located throughout the park. Please dispose of your trash in the correct receptacles.

All ticket holders can exit and re-enter Brockwell Park throughout their chosen event day.

There will be no Wi-Fi available at Brockwell Park.

For the best possible gameplay experience, we recommend that international attendees purchase SIM cards from O2, EE, Vodafone, or Three. While your non-UK carrier may be able to provide international data, the speed and reliability of their service may be slower compared to that provided by European cell phone carriers. You can purchase SIM cards from the four major carriers—O2, EE, Vodafone, and Three—at various locations throughout London’s city center.

Pokémon GO Fest 2023: London provides accessibility services, such as accessible entrances and restrooms and power outlets for charging mobility devices. For more information or to utilize our accessibility offerings, please visit any Information Booth during the event.

Brockwell Park is accessible, but please be aware that this venue has significant distance between attractions: the full event experience is spread across four kilometers of outdoor, public space. If it rains, there will be mud. Pokémon GO Fest 2023: London does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push services of any kind. Accessible portable toilets are available at the end of each row of restrooms throughout the park.

Any Trainers who require insulin or other life-saving medication are allowed to bring their medically necessary materials and medications provided said medicine has a prescription label bearing the Trainer’s name. Out of ample concern for those who handle the park’s trash, attendees are expected and required to dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper receptacles located at the event’s medical area. Please do not dispose of these items in any other trash bins at the event. If additional support is required, please check in at the medical area.

Dogs and other pets are allowed in Brockwell Park. Do not capture, harm, harass, or disturb any wildlife. Please refrain from feeding the wildlife.

Prepackaged food and bottled water are allowed in Brockwell Park. There will also be food vendors on site.

Free bottle-filling stations are located throughout Brockwell Park. Please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle.

Pokémon GO Fest 2023: London will have food vendors on site to provide purchasable options that can accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Please visit any Information Booth for a full list of food vendors.

The event will take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriately. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the case of extreme weather, directions to the nearest shelters will be communicated via email and text.
