How to Read Your Ticket
*The time listed on your ticket indicates the time window in which you can play in Expo’70 Commemorative Park. Trainers with either Morning or Afternoon Session tickets can enjoy event gameplay anywhere in Suita City or Osaka City (outside of Expo’70 Commemorative Park) from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. JST.

Where is the entrance to the Pokémon GO Fest 2023: Osaka?
Trainers can enter the Pokémon GO Fest 2023: Osaka experience via four entrances (listed below). Please also refer to the Park Map.
- Main Gate: 5-minute walk from Osaka Monorail, Bampaku-kinen-koen Station
- East Gate: 5-minute walk from Osaka Monorail, Koen-higashi-guchi Station
- Japanese Garden Gate: 15-minute walk from Osaka Monorail, Bampaku-kinen-koen Station or Koen-higashi-guchi Station
- West Gate: 10-minute walk from Osaka Monorail or Hankyu Railway, Yamada Station

Where can I park my car?
There will be NO PARKING available in Expo’70 Commemorative Park during the event. We recommend using public transportation to make your way to the park.

Entry to the Expo’70 Commemorative Park
Park admission tickets are normally required to enter the park. However, those with Pokémon GO Fest 2023: Osaka live event tickets will be able to enter upon presentation of their live event ticket (applies only to the specified day of the event). Please be aware that a separate ticket purchase is not required to enter the park as a live event ticket holder.
Children who are junior high school-aged or older without a live event ticket will need to purchase a park admission ticket for the price listed here.
Please hold on to your park admission ticket until you leave. Re-entry will be permitted upon presentation of your ticket (same day only).For those who participate in Morning Session (9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. JST)
All four entrances (Main, East, Japanese Garden, West) will open at 8:00 a.m. JST. When the park opens, Trainers will have their live event tickets checked and be able to enter the park in order of arrival.
Please make sure to arrive early, as the Main Gate is expected to be crowded.For those who participate in Afternoon Session (2:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. JST)

Presenting Your Live Event Ticket
Trainers will have their live event ticket screen checked upon entry to Expo’70 Commemorative Park. There are 3 options to present your live event ticket as below.

Re-Entering the Park
All ticket holders are allowed to re-enter the park at any time on the specified day of the event upon presentation of their live event ticket or park admission ticket. Attendees without a live event ticket or who have lost their park admission ticket will need to purchase a park admission ticket to re-enter.
Leaving the Park
The transition time between Morning and Afternoon Sessions will be 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. JST. Crowding is expected near the park entrances and Osaka Monorail stations during this time. Please make sure to arrive early. We also ask for your cooperation in staggering what time you use public transportation to avoid crowding.
Trainers with Morning or Afternoon Session tickets can enjoy the event gameplay anywhere in Suita City or Osaka City (outside of Expo’70 Commemorative Park) from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. JST.
Where can I buy tickets for Pokémon GO Fest 2023: Osaka?
Live event tickets are sold out. No same-day tickets are available.
Can I participate in Pokémon GO Fest: Osaka from anywhere if I have a live event ticket?
In order to enjoy Pokémon GO Fest: Osaka event gameplay, you must be present in Expo’70 Commemorative Park, Suita City, or Osaka City.
How do I start playing after arriving at the live event areas (Expo'70 Commemorative Park, Suita City, and Osaka City)?
To begin your Pokémon GO Fest Park Experience, simply arrive at Expo’70 Commemorative Park, Suita City, or Osaka City on the date and time of your purchased ticket and open Pokémon GO.
Can I play Pokémon GO at the event venue without any live event ticket?
Event exclusive gameplay is available only for the ticket holders. Non-ticket holders will not be able to play Pokémon GO inside the park during the event.

What should I do if I am unable to access the event's exclusive gameplay even though I purchased a ticket?
Please visit the Technical Support desk located in the Lower Plaza (‘Shimo-no-hiroba’) within the park. For any other gameplay issues during the event, please contact us through the app.
What should I do if an error occurs in the game?
For frequently asked questions regarding events, please refer to the Pokémon GO Help Center. In most cases, the issue can be resolved by restarting the app or device.
In case you feel unwell
Please visit one of the two first-aid tents listed below that will be available inside the park, or speak to a nearby staff member wearing yellow or green T-shirt. Staff members will also be circulating throughout the park. If you feel unwell and spot a staff member, please speak to them.
Heatstroke Prevention Measures
- Make sure to bring a hat and/or parasol, and take advantage of portable fans and other cooling products.
- Wear clothes that are breathable, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying.
- Even if you do not feel thirsty, be sure to drink plenty of water and keep up your electrolytes with sports drinks, etc. There will be vending machines and vendors within the park. There will also be an ITOEN tent with drinks for sale in Lower Plaza (‘Shimo-no-hiroba’).
- Make good use of shade and take frequent breaks. In addition to Team Lounges, break tents will also be available on-site.
Trainers with Young Children
- Trainers who have young children with them should pay particularly close attention to their wellbeing.
- Children’s ability to regulate their body temperature is not fully developed. Due to this, children are more susceptible to heat stroke than adults are. Please take extra care to help keep them cool.
- Keep an eye out for symptoms and any unusual changes in their behavior.
If you notice flushed skin or excessive sweating, please head to a cool area and rest for a while. - Beware of reflected heat
If the air temperature is 32℃ (90°F) at head-level for an adult, it will be 35℃ (95°F) for a child. Children in strollers will experience similar effects based on how far off the ground they are. - Choose appropriate clothing
Wear cool clothing that can be removed as needed. - Make sure they stay hydrated
- Keep an eye out for symptoms and any unusual changes in their behavior.

When & Where do I pick up my T-shirt?
Please pick up at ‘T-shirt pick-up booth’ in East Plaza (‘Higashi-no-hioroba’) during the event (August 4 - 6, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.).
How do I pick up my T-shirt?
Please present the QR Code displayed from your Pokémon GO app, or attached in the e-mail received when pre-ordered.
Can I purchase the T-shirt onsite?
T-shirt purchases are not available at the venue.
Can I cancel or exchange a T-shirt that I purchased?
We do not offer refunds or exchange on T-shirts.
Trash Disposal
Please take any trash from the live event home with you.
Battery Charging
There will be a limited number of chargers available at stations labeled as PokéStops. We recommend bringing a fully charged power bank with you. Batteries will also be available to purchase from the Softbank tent in the Lower Plaza (‘Shimo-no-hiroba’) (while supplies last).
Device Care
Your device is more likely overheat while playing in hot weather. Make sure to take a break from playing to give your device a rest.
Lost & Found
If you forget or lose your belongings inside the park, please visit an Information Booth within the park. Every day after the end of the live event, any items found will be taken to the Expo’70 Commemorative Park Security Center. Please check with the center before leaving (phone number: 06-6877-3370).
Inclement Weather
The event will take place rain or shine. However, in the case of extreme weather or natural disasters, the event may be suspended. Please check the local weather forecast before coming to the event and wear appropriate clothing.
